Your whole ISP, under command.

AAA, billing and CRM in one console — built for NZ and Australian ISPs.

RADIUS, customers, GST invoicing, payments and support in one place. Fewer tabs. Fewer spreadsheets. One source of truth.

ISP Commander is in early access. The New Zealand pilot is open now, ahead of general release.

  • Built forNZ & Australian ISPs, WISPs and RSPs
  • Works withXero · Stripe · any RADIUS-capable NAS
  • Local by defaultYour data stays in your region · support in your time zone

Features

One console for the network, the money and the people.

Every part of running an ISP, sharing one record of each customer. Change a plan once and RADIUS, the next invoice and the portal all agree.

  • 01 / Network & RADIUS

    RADIUS that speaks your NAS.

Built-in RADIUS for PPPoE and IPoE, with changes applied live.

    • PPPoE and IPoE, with speed profiles per NAS type
    • Juniper MX first. MikroTik RouterOS v7 and accel-ppp next
    • Live CoA and disconnect: speed changes and suspends apply in seconds
    • Sessions, accounting and walled garden
    • Usage allowances, cap actions and data top-ups
    • On-site RADIUS keeps customers authenticating if the link to the cloud drops
  • 02 / Customers

One record per customer. Everything hangs off it.

Customers, plans and services modelled the way ISPs actually sell.

    • Multiple billing accounts, contacts and service addresses
    • Plans with versions, so price changes never rewrite history
    • Broadband, voice and recurring services
    • Bundles, contracts, discounts and custom fields
    • Plan changes flow to RADIUS and the next invoice
  • 03 / Billing & payments

Billing built around GST, not bolted on.

NZD and AUD, GST-inclusive, with payment rails your customers already use.

    • Bill day in advance, usage in arrears, proration to the cent
    • Draft and finalised invoices, credit notes and a full ledger
    • GST-compliant tax invoices
    • Stripe cards, NZ direct debit, AU BECS and PayTo
    • Push to Xero; ISP Commander stays the system of record
    • Collections with notice periods enforced, hardship holds and payment arrangements
    • Voice billing: CDR rating and itemised call lists
  • 04 / Support & CRM

    Tickets that know the service.

Support sits next to the network and the bill, not in another tab.

    • Tickets linked to the customer, service and device
    • Email, SMS, portal and phone channels
    • Queues, SLA policies and macros
    • Incidents with mass updates to affected customers
    • Leads, quotes and conversion to customer
  • 05 / Customer portal

    Fewer calls about bills.

Customers check usage, pay and raise tickets themselves.

    • Bills, payments, usage and support in one place
    • Works properly on a phone
    • White-label on Pro: your domain, your theme, no ISP Commander footer Pro
  • 06 / Multi-brand & resellers Pro

    Several brands. One console.

Run retail brands and resellers without a second system.

    • Multiple brands under one or more invoicing entities
    • Reseller tree for wholesale partners and agents
    • Wholesale prices and commission statements
  • 07 / Security & control

    Locked down by default.

Built for teams who get audited.

    • Two-factor sign-in is mandatory for all staff
    • Role-based access with scopes and approval limits
    • Tamper-evident audit log, hash-chained and kept seven years by default
    • Our support access is off until your owner turns it on, and it expires
    • Licence issues restrict staff screens only. RADIUS, payments and bill runs keep running.
  • 08 / Migration

Moving off Splynx is a planned job, not a leap.

Bring your customers, plans and services with you.

    • Import from CSV, or directly from the Splynx API
    • Check the imported data before you cut over
    • Assisted Splynx migration if you’d rather we drive

100 active customers per month.

Early access

Join the New Zealand pilot.

ISP Commander is in early access. We’re working with a small number of New Zealand ISPs ahead of general release. Pilot sites run on-prem, with Juniper MX first. If you run PPPoE or IPoE for somewhere between 100 and 5,000 customers, we’d like to talk.

  1. A direct line.

You talk to the people building it, not a ticket queue.

  2. A planned move.

We help bring your data across from Splynx or spreadsheets.

  3. A say in what ships.

Pilot feedback sets the order of work.

Hosted SaaS in Auckland and Sydney, and Australian payment rails (BECS, PayTo), arrive before general release.
